Service Dog Application
It is my goal to place 1 puppy from each litter produced at a reduced cost or even free depending on the situation. This is all a new adventure for me, and a lot goes into choosing the right pup to become a potential service dog. I am learning as I go.
There is a special temperament test you do to find the right candidate, and still there are no guarantees. My contracts for service dog placement will slightly vary due to the fact that even with my best efforts the pup my end up not working out as a service dog.
Once I determine whether there is a good candidate in one of my pups to become a service dog then I will choose their new human from a list of people I have vetted.

You can tell me a little bit about yourself, or if you are applying for another family member. You can share what types of tasks this service dog would perform for you. You do not need to disclose medical diagnosis. You can share as many details as you'd like, and it will be kept strictly confidential.
